Possible investments if self-driving cars do happen
I was thinking about this the other day and the most obvious ones I could think of:
1) Places like flying J will see much more traffic as a lot of people will chose to be chauffeured on long road trips by their car rather than go through the hellish experience that is modern commercial air travel. Overnight you could go from New York to Chicago and just sleep in your car rather than fly. With no driver you could even configure your car with a bed. The cars will be programmed to refuel at the cheapest places and those truck stations are the low-cost producers. So they will get way more business.
2) Trucking will become cheaper meaning more stuff gets trucked which means more wear and tear on roads. Invest in roadbuilding stocks.
Does anyone else have any ideas?

This is Wincel 101.
Theorizing based on how the world should work.
How the world actually works as it relates to stocks is that the Jews manipulate it so the ups and downs might as well be gambling in Vegas.

Did you know that IQ is a strong predictor of stock market participation?
People fear what they're too stupid to understand

you're looking at 2027 or 2028 before toyota, nissan, nvidia really start offering good, cheap, relaible self driving cars. Tesla is good, but it's super expensive, EV (which people hate) and batteries that die after warranty requring $13k bills.
by then, so many lives will be saved whchi is awesome. I took Waymo 3x and love it. Can't wait til WAymo is everywhere.
Northern States, will get self drdiving cars but not sure about robotaxis. Snow is the villain of self driving taxis and not sure it'll work there. Might need to alwayhs use human drdivers there in winter months.

Also I think it's more like 2030 before the big brands offer them. Tesla isn't even on L4, give the other brands at least 2 years to catch up. And then a few more years for the self driving tech to filter down to the economy trims/brands.

as messed up as this is, due to increased safety features on cars, organ procurement is down dramatically, so any pharmaceutical company that produces products related to organ failure are sure to be on the rise. srs

The problem with self-driving cars is always going to be accountability. Who is going to get sued when a self-driving car hits someone? It's going to happen and someone's gotta get sued.
Lawyers are by far the biggest boundary to overcome here.
