Received my first Commission check of the year today. $31,770

From a deal that started back in December. Actually have another deal that looks likely to Close on February 2nd, and another big one around February 7th. Then there's also another big deal that will Close on February 28th.

Income should be somewhere around $255,000 for the year by the end of February. Setting up to be an absolute blowout year. I'm pumped.

See above post. Money isn't new to me, so I don't feel any pressure to upgrade my lifestyle when I get a few extra digits in the bank. Food is just nutrition, it doesn't have a dollar value associated with it.

Wire transfers are not usually deposits, they're categorized as ACH debits, and that's how they show on bank statements. It shows as a deposit when money is moved from one account someone has access to, to another account that same person has access to.
