Beautiful FL home sold for $565k in 10/2023. Just sold again for $455k.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/19374-Rizzuto-St-Venice-FL-34293/121168693_zpid/

19% drop in just 2 years. Taking into account Realtors commissions and Closing Costs, likely closer to 27-28% loss on the property.

Market falling off of a cliff right now since 2023.

It's because that house isn't going to be worth $565k again for maybe 20 years.

Short sale.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

There's no evidence of short sale that I can see. They just decided to take the loss.

After the bottom dropped out in 2008 ,I told the bank to suck it after the bitch was disrespectful on the phone

Claimed ch 11 and credit only dropped 100pts

The bank will drag it the f out, so

You can go that route too
