Rent in apartments have gone nuts over the last 6 years. You’re paying 1500 and power for a one bedroom apartment. I think I’d much rather pay 900 bucks for my mortgage and have some equity

Yeah and with inflation the mortgage will just get easier to pay if you have a fixed rate
