Had sex and my partner's penis tore opened.

My partner (M29) and I (F27) were having sex and his penis somehow
split opened on the underside of his shaft. The skin that split looked
like a vein but not sure. He is uncircumcised. Well, he bled inside of
me vaginally, badly. He pulled out right away but there was still a lot
of blood. His blood was coming out of me after using the bathroom
multiple times to pee. I'm writing this post here asking if any
doctor/physician thinks I should get my blood tested and a check up from
a doctor. I need advice because i'm not sure what to do. Should I be
concerned of an infection down there? Or what should I be aware of?

Also, after this happened I immediately went to the bathroom and cleaned myself really well and so did he.

On his part, he refused to go to the ER and used liquid bandage to
stop the bleeding and wrapped his penis in gauze and bandage tape. It
bled for awhile.
