Silver mooning, over $110

The crazy thing is nobody really seems to have a technical explanation for the price tripling in a short period of time. They can say the dollar is losing value but the price is increasing in all currencies. Silver isn't a central bank reserve unlike gold and it doesn't seem like the industrial demand would increase as they haven't bumped up solar production or anything.

What's going on?
