No Power/Snowpocalypse/Hitting Macros (Instant Ragebait Guaranteed)

Meal 1 - Oats heated over gas fireplace + 2 sc protein powder (not something I typically use but have for emergencies).

48g protein
56 carbs
5g fat

Meal 2 - 2 cans no sodium added tuna (with mustard and hot sauce added) + 7 rice cakes

60g protein
49g carbs
1g fat

Honestly I’ll just keep doing meal 2 until I can cook again… It’s already been 28 hours. At this point, they’re saying ot could be days.
