What is the first thing on your mind when you wake up?

I have noticed it's the same thing everyday...slight bit of sad and sorrow feeling but I guess it's coz of me wanting something. So I just look forward to breakfast, tea and cigarette, things become nornal very soon.

Tried to stop smoking like a 100 times, but it just won't happen. I don't smoke a lot though and when I do it's all responsibly..for example, smoking in places with no people around.

I have tried both Zyn and Velo pouches. They did help in the starting days, but later on they became boring. Cigarettes have their own fun and addiction. I still do pouch sometimes when I am drunk and don't want to go outside to smoke a cigarette.

Smokers gonna smoke, that's all their is for the day. But I am surprised how do you smoke nearly 50 cigarettes in a day, I smoke like 6 or 7 everyday.
