How come all the sub-forums are locked?

Just decided to visit them and poke around. Every thread is locked. Is there a reason? Maybe because some queers put me in red?

The only forum that is locked is the Legendarium. Most of the older threads you see are locked however. Many of them will likely be re-opened soon.
