I'm actually 6 years sober. I was told by everyone how great my life would be once I got sober. I still feel like shit everyday. Which is not a surprise because I felt like shit everyday before drinking.

Yeah it's like we self medicate with beer for depression or other things. Life sober is a nightmare for me.

It's gotten worse for me, and trust me I would be getting wasted again if I could. I have significant nerve damage in my legs, so it's because of the medication I'm on. Not the good stuff like oxy or vicadin. If I was on that I would prob still drink. But it's a medication that targets the nerves, and taking alcohol with it would most in most cases would invoke a seizure.

Youre gonna get addicted on that.
But once you try to taper off it youre in a panic attack for weeks. You sleep 2-3hours a night. call ambulance for yourself cuz u think u gonna die. And you very well might die thats the fucked up part.

Thats exactly how to kill yourself in benzo withdrawal.
Because your heart is hurting already from the anxiety then you get hungover and its double the stress for the ticker.

What i did was i used subuxone everyday. Thats an opioid.
The withdrawal from the opioids aint shit.
Fenty & heroin junkies make it out to be the worst but theyre pussies honestly.
I take freezing and nausea any day over a 247 panic attack

Valium is fucking great though.
I miss valium it was so good.

Yeah I hear you. I was obviously joking around. I remember trying to get off booze around 6 years ago after heavy heavy drinking. I would have night terrors, panic attacks, sweating like crazy while at work. Even hearing things. Withdrawal is no joke.
