Dinner
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

What is it? Rice, beans and adobo chicken or something?
Dinner last night was the same as usual right now - ~250g shredded chicken (slow cooker, 3kg of chicken breast and a can each of tomatoes and chipotle chillis in adobo sauce), 200g jasmine rice, mixed veg (usually steamed broccoli or broccolini, asparagus, green beans, snow peas, carrot, brussels sprouts) or salad (leaves, beets, grated carrot, red capsicum, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage and some kind of dressing made of olive oil, balsamic or apple cider vinegar, garlic, maybe worcestershire sauce or tamari, finely chopped pickled onions)
Unfortunately eating for function and not taste right now otherwise it'd be eye fillet steak, grilled mushrooms and onions, air fryer potato, and sauteed broccolini and asparagus

I'm about to start a cut again, see if I can get to 230lbs. Gonna buy a standing freezer and have my wife make a ton of meals ahead and freeze them, so that I don't stray from the diet.

I had 170 g of chicken breast seasoned with garlic, onion powder, 200 g of spaghetti squash, 150 g of rice, 56 g of kimchi, 5 g coconut aminos lol. I’ve been obsessed with kimchi lately
