i took all the filters off starting with housing/section 8 and it went up to an 87- and then i wondered what was keeping it from the 100 and i turned off all the filters and it was still an 87. now im wondering what prevented that last 13%

The specific hex I'm in is 29. The next one over is 88 though.

I live near bars and restaurants is probably the reason for the score and it's a good thing. Inviting girls to a nearby bar or restaurant, then saying the house is a 5 minute walk is my go to move.

I realized something else that's an issue with the score.

Personally, I'd much rather live around Mexicans than Indians but Mexicans tend to be lower income and Indians tend to higher income in the USA. A Mexican neighborhood might be 30 and an Indian one might be 80.
