- Claims the organization was a fun place to work in 2021 when Charlie Kirk was actively involved

- In 2022, Charlie Kirk took a step back and gave leadership roles and responsibilities to long, standing employees at TPUSA as well as outsiders

-Sloot claims that the energy in the company shifted when this happened. Says that a lot of them were incompetent and not fit for their job.

- Sloot fast forwards to September 2025 when Charlie Kirk got assassinated and said that for the first 2 months after Charlie's death, employees had to work 20 hours a day at the company.

-Says for the last 6 months at TPUSA, there has been no sort of grieving or remembrance for Charlie within the company

-Sloot then fast forwards to her termination from the company 3 weeks ago. Says she was called into an office, where it was herself, Andrew Kolvet and Maria Minas (Chief Marketing officer of TPUSA)

-They sat down with her and asked her about an Uber ride in October 2025. They told her that an Uber driver had spoken to an executive and said she was talking negatively about the company and that's why they were terminating her.

-Sloot claims that the story is BS. Says the real reason she was terminated was due to her questioning the events of Charlie Kirk's assassination.

-Says the atmosphere in the company is you can't question the narrative. Says it's against what Charlie Kirk stood for.

-Says all the people terminated by turning point were the most hardworking and honest employees. Says the average length of employment at company is a year and a half.
