I bought my set from Ironmind years ago, had some coworkers try and do what I was doing repeatedly while walking around on breaks and they couldn't do it.

People into serious strength training use them, and other grip tools, yes. I have many and use them weekly still (30+ yrs now).
Even got an article in Milo (IronMinds Strength magazine) many years ago...

Make sure you get the rubber hands to train opening your hand too. Ton of shooting and Bjj guys have gotten injured overdoing it with those.

My brother has 1 and 2, I can close 2 with no issue with my right hand, and with decent effort on my left hand.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Nope.
Ive used grippers for a long ass time at one point, daily. And they never gave me shit for gains.
The flexion part of ur wrist is the main builder in the forearm. Then the brachioradialis. Then its the extensor.
Squeezing has a very small room for hypertrophy.
I had small forearms double overhanding 200kg. Only after learning to do false grip pull ups got me noticeable growth.

You really need to hammer forearms daily if you dont have good genetics. Its safe to add grippers in to the equation. But only using grippers will be a waste of time.
