Misc, rate current physique

After 10 years of consistent lifting, I have been slacking off on my diet the past 6 months or so.
turned 30, working a dead job but paying me just enough to keep going.

so lost hope in finding blonde Hbb's in general.

I weigh 198 now lost

Strength went up . gym is fun. today i seated DB shoulder press for 3 clean reps with the 60 lbs
Sex drive is up too. but dont have anybody :(

never had a gf and too poor for whores rn

This looks like you started binging and ate high fat and moderate carbs.
Its not a big deal, but u should dial it in now and keep slow bulking for 15-20 more lbs before the next cut. High carbs low fat.
Because if you now cut after bloating up that quick. Its gonna go to waste

not gonna lie , this is all from beer.
I had been drinking quite a bit of it the past 3-4 months

Stopped since 2 weeks now and subsisted it for red wine.

Diet is meal prepped bro meals( as usual). but started adding salt and seasoning to it for the first time since 10 years.
So , let see how challenging it will be for me to get back to single digit bf% again
