Push Day - Incline Bench 350x15 ***MISC Lifters GTFIH***
Shit I’m sorry. This one really was on me.
There was supposed to be a comma between incline bench and 350×15 to indicate that the 350x15 was on the Dip Machine. 🤷🏼
Anyway, it’s Push Day.

Mirin elitefts hoodie srs. Are those lifting shoes?
The shoes are like a hybrid between a barefoot shoe and a tennis shoe. They’re designed/marketed as a wide toe box barefoot shoe, but they have just a little more padding than that.
They’re made by Hobibear and I think they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. It took a couple of weeks for them to show up because I think they were being shipped from China. But they are really well-made and feel great.

Back in the day, DC had his extreme stretching protocol, which was basically putting the muscle in a deep eccentric position under load.
