i bulk eating unhealthy

I EAT CHOCOLATE, BISCUITS, FRENCH FRIES, AND I HAVE GOOD PROGRESS
BUT IS UNHEALTHY.. HOW BAD IS FOR HEALTH?

Same. Us naturally little guys gotta do whatever we can to grow. I don’t believe in “clean eating”.

Health is not that much determined by what you eat. Most risk factors are about being fat, drinking alcohol or smoking. As long as you are getting your protein in, you’re probably going to be fine
