How do yall stand living in neighborhoods?

I can’t stand my neighbors I have 2 chill neighbors but besides that it’s complete inconsiderate morons everywhere always blasting music and smoking cigs 24/7 these people should fuck off and die

I own all the homes in the complex and also manage the body corporate (similar to a HOA) so generally speaking the tenants won’t have much to say to their landlord and the BCM.

It allows me to vet all my neighbours ahead of time and breach them if they act up.

on the one side i allegedly sent sexual texts to a groce butch lesbo

and on the other side i allegedly referred to a white toddler as a hard r in a friendly way

if you add in telling people to pick up their dog shit or to not pick my cherries/apples then i have like 6-7 active feuds running srs

I have at least 2 neighbors who are abusing handouts. both completely able bodied and getting handouts and don't appear to work very much

He just recently got a EMS license plate on his brand new truck but I never see him leave when fire trucks fly by lmao he’s probably scamming the volunteer firefighters now too for free healthcare

There’s probably a quota you have to hit but you can just cherry pick easy calls like lift assist or medicals where all you really do is help EMS with minor stuff.
