Best beer to leave in rental as a complementary

I have some loyal returning renters and want to put a pack of beer in their fridge for arrival. They are from Northern Texas

Ideally, a locally brewed crowd pleaser, if somthing like that exists in your neck of the woods. Nothing too hoppy or bitter. A lager or pilsner would be my choice.
