Please Report Any Performance Issues in the Feedback Thread

Hi!

As you might have noticed, we’ve had an increase in visitors, and therefore a higher load on the servers. This revealed some performance issues, which were hopefully fixed in v1.3.12.181, so things should be smoother now.

If you experience any recurring performance problems, such as threads taking a long time to load, reps taking a while to submit, or the main Misc forum pages seeming stuck, please report them in the Feedback & Improvements thread.

A separate performance issue was resolved a few minutes ago, so things should be running smoothly again. No DDoS activity has been detected so far - the slowdown was caused by heavy I/O. I have a particular aversion to poor performance, so these things irritate me quite a bit. I expect minimal latency between myself and the Misc. Still, issues like this are bound to happen as traffic grows and the forum engine becomes more complex.

Again, please report poor performance if you experience it.
