Would you live in this north atlantic beach house? ARCHITECTURE THREAD.

Located in the Jersey coast, the island not marios state lol. I like it a lot design wise, not a fan of cold beaches tho. I like the size too not too big not too small, the stonework on the facade is great.

yeah i couldnt tell from the article how close it is to the nearest town but it does feel isolated. The cold would be the biggest no for me. I cant stand cold oceans.

Really cool house, but location is a nonstarter for me. I don't like isolated places. Need to be like 10 minutes from fun things to do, otherwise it's just a waste of time.

Im not Peruvian and i dont live in Peru lol I've had that location for years because it triggers people like crazy. 99% of the misc get absolutely livid when a "Peruvian" disagrees with them.

It's choices like that, that make him a true professional.

House is nice, could use more shrubbery.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

This. Would spend a week or two there, but it's a bit too much on dat dere tarted up nuclear bunker thyme to feel like an actual home.

Plus when I look at real estate I tend to look at the workshop/garage/barn/land aspect first, and as along as the house has a working toilet and somewhere to sleep I'm basically good.

The building itself looks okay, and it has scenic views and would be quiet there. But in terms of giving a yes or no to living there, I would need to know what the local area was like. If the house is legit 'middle of nowhere' with no services nearby, then I would not live there year round at least.

Its a small brittish island close to the shores of normandy. It looks nice, clean and wealthy on pictures but i agree with you.

I should have been more clear in my post tho i was more focused on the architecutre side not so much on the location.

I don’t hate it but I’d like it a lot better if it was in Mario’s Jersey instead.
