It happened again, I burned myself out on Friday evening workcelling

I fucking hate it when the following happens

-nearly 5pm, all set for the weekend, feeling energized for a good workout
-incredibly stimulating issue comes up
-not urgent you can do it Monday
-jaw clenching up, hard autism activating, locking in
-wham it's 6:30 pm and I feel drained

I don't think so brah. I am thinking about solving really complicated stuff, the type that when you are trying to explain how it works to other people you can just see their brain melting in total failure
