I used to regularly go two weeks without showering loool. This was during my somewhat troubled youth.

Now it's every other day at the most. I always shower after working out or jerking off, as a rule.

Das it mayne. Day 5-7 is the point of diminishing returns.

Im doing this because i was over showering in too hot water.
That ruins your skin moisture barrier.
