So far all they have been able to do is set fires to busses and crap. Just punk wangsters throwing temper tantrums is all they are. Yeah, sure they are good at ganging up and beating up individuals when they have a 5 on 1 advantage or if it's a kid or a woman but when confronted by actual armed men who have numbers on their side they run like hell.

We can use the terrorists designation to not use any rules of engagement and if we capture them POW status is not present, so torture, waterboarding, held indefinitely can happen.
