You're always looking for gimmicks and shortcuts.
Eating a clean bro diet and hitting the gym is still the way. That hasn't changed. You just don't want to put in the work.

Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

OP start with a 40lb - 35 too light
I switch from pure KB to doing bro-splits pretty often.
For burning fat and leaning out, KBs are the better option. I use a workout like the "500 swings" that I modified to better replicate my jiu jitsu training.
20 swings then 10 pushups or 5 pullups.
Repeat 5x for one full set of 100 swings and 50 pushups or 25 pullups.
Repeat 5x and you are absolutely cooked in about 30 minutes.
I also do a snatch ladder with KBs. Snatch for 1 rep then switch to other side. Then 2 reps and so on until I hit 12, then do 12 again and work back down.
Your heart rate will be redlining and it takes about 20 minutes if you take breaks.

Besides that, I want to do Muay Thai, no idea how I could fit that and the gym.
