homes in my neighborhood are selling about 5-7% off their high.

the market isn't going to crash. it's just going to be sideways for a long time, so it'll be gradually losing value due to inflation until things normalize.

The house looks okay from the outside. Not sure about how close it is to the train tracks, and that 'back porch' just looks depressing. Interior would need to be totally revamped.
