Average bulk
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 scoop whey - 50g
Morning: 250g shredded chicken - 70g
Lunch: 200g beef - 40G
Mid afternoon: 250g shredded chicken - 70g
Post training: 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Intra Workout - 40g https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/products/intra-workout
Dinner: 200g salmon - 45g

For the cut I bring the chicken back to 200g per meal, drop the beef totally and cut the salmon back to 150g

It's not that much food if you aren't a complete phaggot when it comes to eating and training

I don't count the protein content of any vegetables, grains, rice or spreads (peanut butter etc) unless the protein is complete. So basically quinoa if I sub that out for rice.

Maybe 180g on workout days and 150g on non-workout days. I am around 225lbs for reference. I am not the sort who feels he needs to ingest 1.5g/1lb of bodyweight to grow/repair.
