You have a really good tone and you don’t seem tone deaf. I think tone is the biggest thing-some people can sing really well but their tone is crap- they can sometimes find their voice and sound good but that’s a process. I think you could practice the songs more so that you are singing all the details more. I think if you’re looking at lyrics it can take up some singing energy. Not saying that happened but maybe
