i already suggested a min of 100 posts to make threads. but i think a 30 day probation period would help as well. because the plebs would just start stockpiling accounts in advance.

You literally enter different threads and spam them with excessive pictures. You are also in talks with different users on Miscreformed, who have openly talked about DDOS this site, out of revenge for being banned. Why should anyone trust that you care about the well being of this site? What is more likely to ruin a site is a handful of users dictating what someone can and should post.
