Property maintenance

If you have fungus issues on your exterior vinyl wall siding you don't need to hire or use pressure wash

Pump sprayer, 50% water, 25% bleach 25% spray nine/general cleaner

spray on, leave 5 minutes, come back spray down with garden hose to rinse off. good homeowner remedy for someone no power wash.

What about if one of your tenants starts a meth lab in one of your fully furnished units?

Cops or have them cut you in?
