Big believer in gym etiquette. Re-rack your weights and wipe down the equipment.

Not only do I demand that my gear is stored exactly where it came from , but my dumbbells must all be clocked to 12 o’clock when placed back on the rack




Not srs . I clocked them on New Year’s Eve for pics a few years ago when I was getting rinsed

-plates EVERYWHERE
-machine wipes EVERYWHERE

The few that do put back their dumbbells are too stupid to put them back in the correct place so it's all random. I can't believe how stupid and lazy people are.

Do you have a contract with them?


They cant just change the terms and conditions mid contract and add a new fee


even if youre month to month they cant add a new fee on the 25th. i would leave my weights out on the 26th then i would issue them a charge back when they try to fee me. then id call the owner at 3am in the morning to inform him he is in breach of contract

Srs at Golds we never really had much of that . One time another member pointed out that there was blood on the pull down bar on the lat machine .
Which in theory could be a death sentence if it was left behind by a liberal , as I’ve seen tests where hiv was still alive at 70 degrees F for a few days

Seems severe but I wouldn't care because I have no problem re racking my weights.

My question for the gym rule enforcers is do I have to wipe down after even if I'm not sweating?
