10 minutes post hair tranplant (pics) - they are gross tbh nsfw

2,900 grafts for the crown
1,100 grafts for the hairline

Surgeon said donor grafts were very very strong after extracting them.

Began surgery at 9am

Finished surgery at 6pm

With a 30 minute break for lunch

Sitting in the hotel feeling like absolute shit.

Going to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber tomorrow - apparently it improves healing speed, but maybe I was scammed 250 euros lol

I’m very pleased. In the pics I’ve attached it looks like they made my hairline very unnatural looking but all they did was improve the density of my existing hairline.

Do you need to run dutasteride with it or can you downgrade to finasteride to not nuke dht completely

I’ll be staying on dutasteride.

It’s worked well for me me in terms of stabilizing hairloss and I don’t want to take any chances after all of this.

Honestly I wasn’t even concerned about my hairline and told them to only do the hairline if it wouldn't take away from the crown.

Same here. Thankfully still Norwood 1.5 pushing 40 so haven't had to cross that bridge yet.

I only got the hair transplant because I got a job that’s fully remote.

I would have done it way earlier but I’ve been frauding with hair fibers for legit years. It would have been super weird to fraud having a full head of hair and then randomly come in to the office with a shaved scabbing head lol

Balding in your 20s-30s is brutal. Would have gotten transplants if I were bald. I had a friend who legit started balding badly at 19.

Yeah, that crown was in rough shape. Hairline itself wasn’t even a problem. I can understand why you opted for the Turkish solution. At least it’s behind you now man. Keep us updated how it grows back in.

I have the opposite issue with mine. No crown thinning yet but the front is starting to become dat dere half moon shape.
