Rate my Friday cocktail /10

Classic penicillin

2 oz blended scotch
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz honey/ginger syrup
0.25 oz float of smoky scotch

You have the rubber molds for the big cubes? I was never willing to put in the work to keep the cube transparent, and the rounds require the stupid lid…big cubes it is!
