Calling this assault is a bit extreme

I've had females get their nasty hair on me on a crowded airport train car ride trying to catch a flight and none of them are getting charged with assault when I didn't want their hair on me when you flip it the other way.

I would normally agree, but not in this case. He's done this to numerous women in different places and he's not just touching their hair. He posts these different vids all over his social media.
