The Ultimate Smoothie Recipe

I’ve discovered the ultimate smoothie recipe:

16 ounces almond milk
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition whey protein
7 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
3 ice cubes

Shake up the almond milk and whey protein in a shaker cup so it doesn’t clump together in the blender. Dump it into a blender with the frozen strawberries and frozen banana and the ice cubes, and use the smoothie setting to blend it together.

It comes out thick, and tastes just as good as Kirkland vanilla ice cream mixed with strawberry preserves and milk! When I was fat if I had stumbled onto this recipe, I would’ve lost weight a lot faster. The almond milk makes a huge difference!

Macros?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
