Think I can lose 15 lbs in about 9 days?

Need to go from 200lbs to 185 if I eat only 600 cals of pure protein everyday and I’m super active is it possible or nah?

Ask yourself how much does a hand weigh and do you really need two of them
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Ok I did the research for you and turns out it’s only about a pound so you might have to lose the whole arm

If you're 200lbs now, I think if you build up to running a 1-2 miles 3-4 times a week, that'll get you abs in 4-6 months without having to diet.

Burpees are pretty good too but not as effective as running I don't think.

15x3500=52,500

52,500/9= 5,833 calorie deficit a day.

Impossible. The absolute maximum your body can extract from a pound of fat is 30 calories a day. You would need to have 194 lb of body fat, eat zero food, and then exercise yourself to a 5,833 calories per day deficit.

You can cut water like a cage fighter for a weigh I.

Or you can
You could do a 7 day water fast and lose maybe 5 pounds fat and muscle and 10 pounds water and poop
