How often do you drink? Decided to track mine and it’s not good

Since February I drink 48 percent of the time

The tracker is showing days completed of no alcohol

Being an alcoholic is bad but I feel like there's something off about people who don't drink at all.

I'm not talking about limiting alcohol, I'm talking about won't even have 1 beer at a social function. People like that seem untrustworthy.

I usually keep some vodka around if I'm having a hard time sleeping but when I do that we are talking like 2 drinks

Ten years a go I was drinking 10-12 beers a night to deal with work stress. I eventually quit. Now I drink maybe 3 times a year. My drug of choice these days is caffeine.

Once a month crew , but as I think everyone here knows I like to get rinsed when I drink . I broke my rule and drank twice in January, so I’m not having another drink till my bday in April .
Definitely have to drink that day as I’m turning 65 . Brootal I know srs

After exactly 40 years of pounding booze and abusing it (age 13 to 53) I quit 7 yrs ago.
Last 20 yrs was every day, while still working, lifting, etc.
Only day I didnt "drink" was MON, but I had to have a Reds Wicked on the way to work to stop the shakes.
Liver of steel I guess... AST/ALT still perfect..
