I have found a very quick, tasty, cheap, nutritious meal to down 1000 calories...
I just make a personalized dish for post exercise consisting of ramen noodles, poached eggs and boiled potatoes.
I don't overly rely on ramen noodles, but 100gm would be nice to make a nice broth base to along well with eggs and potatoes.
I could eat the eggs and potatoes as it is, but when combined with ramen noodles and its broth, it comes across as very tasty and easy and quick to eat.
No need to do spices etc as you already have the noodles tastemaker to do everything.
You can poach the eggs on the ramen noodles while they are being cooked.
This does all my calories, protein and carbs needs in one meal.
