Dumb af. There are a myriad of reasons why your A1C might be slightly elevated to the pre-diabetic range and him drawing a correlation to heavy weightlifting as a reason for its drop is stupid. The obvious reason he was pre-diabetic in the first place is he is middle-aged and overweight
