While single I've felt like it's easier to just be a shut-in incel that just plays games and browses the internet.

Now I've got a pregnant fiancé who actually helps me get out of the house. Looking forward to taking our kid some day to the beach, museum, sporting events. Occasional get aways. Hanging out with her friends/family. Having a family really forces a lot of socializing and getting out of the house, which I'm not saying is always a desirably good thing, but when it is it's great.

I mean, you can certainly have a social life as an older person. Become a regular at a couple bars.
