Are we supposed to stay away from Tilapia?

Jay Cutler eats orange roughie, but I read that it is a long lived fish so it accumulates Mercury more than younger fish do.

Is this true for Tilapia? Is cod a better choice?

I absolutely love orange roughy prob my favorite fish srs I always get it when I can and make a fish stew/chowder with it.

I make seafood chowder with smoked cod and marinara mix shit like baby octopus, squid, clams, mussels and prawns

But as far as straight up grilled/steamed fish, Spanish Mackerel, Glacier 51 Toothfish or basic ass flathead
