Tried new camera for the first time today

Canon R5 Mark 1 . Full frame 45 megapixel sensor . Nothing remarkable picture wise , just went for a quick drive seeing as it’s pretty nice out and thought I’d do a test .
This is the view when we leave town heading north

Those views are insane. Living there almost makes up for the micro I'm sure.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Thx . Here’s a couple taken a from that same location in the video on a clear day

The one below was taken minutes apart with a telephoto lense trying to get a decent shot of the flag and Fisher peak together . Waited patiently for a breeze lol

These were taken from the casino just outside of town. I was trying to find a nice spot to pull over and this kind of worked

It’s unfortunate but Fisher peak had cloud cover on it . Looks kind of cool just the same though . Canon R6 mark 1

You spent months getting gaped by Bert. And all for nothing.
