For being out of shape. What do you do?

Continue to overeat until all my clients drop me and I'm forced to go get a real job
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I understand that the client wasn’t paying attention when I discussed the importance of consistency in diets. A cheat day means nothing.

This didn’t happen to me, I knew someone back in the early 90s who told me this story. He ate pizza and the next day looked like he was six weeks out from a contest, he looked stage ready before eating the pizza

Were you out of shape the whole time? Eating off you plan for one weekend doesn't do it.

OP makes the strangest threads...

If he was indeed stage ready and ate a pizza...he would look even better the next day. Most competitors set up their photo shoots the day after their show.

Smh...people have no idea how this stuff actually works...

This was a story that was told to me, maybe he wasn’t stage ready, but he was in decent shape and indulging screwed up his physique. Romaine Lansford had this happen to him in the documentary Muscle and Medals, so I know what I’m talking about

Yeah nah, the pizza would draw water from under the skin and make old mate look leaner.

Pros do shit like this all the time pre contest.
