Mirin the design choices. I'm in my early 40's, divorced with my own house and all my chit is pretty bland. The little bit of decorating I've done was based off suggestions by women I know and they all lean that country cottage chit.

legit. I have a very hard time decorating my apartment, even if its minimalistic. I feel like i should have some female friend or gf take a look and help me out. But i guess that's what happens after never having had to decorate on my own for 3 decades.

It's missing a home gym with key equipment like a half rack, barbell, plates and a bench.

I keep things to the bare minimum. Less clutter = more organized mind is how it goes for me but everyone is different.

What most of you care about as your #1 priority but refuse to admit for some reason is sloots. If a sloot is already over at your place, you have to really fuck up after that for her to not sleep with you. The n=1 I can report is that a minimalistic house does not move the needle towards really fucking up and is fine for sloots.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.
