Feel bad for UK brahs. Not quite as bad here but it does happen still - maybe less so now when the right is in power. The left are leading the polls by 4% atm, and if they win this years' election, one can expect more of this type of stuff again (as it did last time) .That's how it swings over here - never the other way around. Bank accts shut down, arrested over tweets, alternative news channels shut down etc etc.
