I am naturally an introvert but switch to extrovert when I am working at whole foods

Like when im working the cashier. They dont mind if I wear girl clothes as long as I put effort into it

I also stock shelves if they need it . But I dont need to be extrovert for that but also be able to answer questions to people needing help

Its a pretty supporting work place
