The transplant looks fine, but you just have way too much gray hair. No reason to get a hair transplant when your hair is already that gray.

They surgically remove the follicles from the sides and back of your head (these areas aren't impacted by male patterned baldness) and implant them onto the balding area.

Since they've extracted the follicles from the sides and back of the head the hair doesn't grow back. Long story short you can run out of hair to transplant and then its OVER.

Typically people have 8000 grafts max available. I've used half of that at 4000 grafts. So if in a year I'm still visibly balding I could get another transplant, but for most people after 2 or 3 transplants its over and you just have to accept it if you aren't completely happy.

In very rare instances you could get a brutal infection but they give you antibiotics and a very rigourous cleaning routine.

Other risks include fucking up the donor area (sides and back) ... here is what that could look like

I’m at the worst part of the entire process.

Lol, I went to Brazil about 2 weeks after my hair transplant and still smashed some baddies. However it probaly took 8 weeks before I myself was happy with the result. Then after like 12 weeks it was all grown in and I could style it and was leget getting young drunk bitches coming up and sitting on my lap and stuff.

If I recall you had some hairline and temple work done?

That’s much different than having a massive fucking bald spot that covers half your head.

I am absolutely not being seen in public like this. Isolation Maxxing for a year or until final results.
