Any suggestions from experts here on my cutting diet?

I walked for 40 minutes, my normal calorie limit is 2100 but it got bumped up because of the exercise. Protein and carbs are at around 45% and fast is around 10%

U can probably jump the calories up to 2300-2400 if u walking, take out some protein powder and replace with beef, chicken or salmon.

I haven’t found a way to get two sets of a cardio exercise documented, I have to add up the total minutes for both sets and record that. So if I walk for 40 minutes in the morning, and again for 40 minutes at night, I have to put 80 minutes.

Does anyone know a way around this?

What's your calculated TDEE? Where are all the vegetables and fruit? Why so little fat, are hormone production and brain function not important?

If you're cutting, why did you increase your calories due to exercise? Isn't the whole point to lose weight? Bump your calories when you're ready for maintenance.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I decided to go with 5 egg whites at dinner instead of 3 while eggs, I feel it’s healthier. At lunch, I can eat one whole egg and four egg whites
