How I eat keto at KFC

I go to Thai KFC and order chicken…see that that’s chicken. And I take off some of the breading because we’re on keto brothers. Then I put some sauce on it and hope there’s no sugar in the sauce.

Accidentally put a sweet sauce on the chicken but will still eat it, it’s okay.

I got some tenders as well but it’s too hard to remove the breading off them
