The only other things I’ve eaten today are kind breakfast bars with peanut butter on top. My total calorie intake today is likely 1600-1700, and I did 60 minutes cycling and a 25 min HIIT cycle today. I’m on a heavy deficit.

Losing weight isn’t hard, but the process of cutting sucks.

You’re consuming zero lean protein in your cycling diet. You’d probably have a higher protein intake if you went back to your dominoes program

What an absolute shit tier diet. Not that any of it's true. But if it were then no surprise you think cutting sucks. You cut like a fucking moron like everything else you do

You want to know what I ate for 1800 calories today?

6 oz chicken, 100g broccoli, 2 eggs, 60g rice, 4 oz salmon with asparagus and zucchini, 112g lean ground beef, 2 keto buns, 250g greek yogurt, and 80g oatmeal

You ate high calorie, low volume shit like bacon, peanut butter, and a sugary breakfast bar. You are an idiot

P.S.

I also lifted for 90 minutes this morning (leg day) then did cardio and abs in the afternoon for 45 minutes on the stairmaster to burn 700 calories then did some light walking in the evening watching TV for an hour to burn an extra 250 calories

And I'm not tired and crying how much cutting sucks. And I;ll get up and do the exact same thing tomorrow, on Saturday, on Sunday, etc.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I’m super hungry right now so honestly I would demolish that. I used my dinner cals to sample a universal yum box with my kids . Not very nutritional but the box was from Japan
Ignore list:

Less than ideal nutrient profile.
Eat atleast 300grams of vegetables and 20grams of walnuts everyday to hit important nutrient DRV’s.

Also instead of eating on bacon. A bowl of oatmeal for breakfast will keep the hunger at bay.
Also lowers LDL cholesterol, wich is high for you no doubt with all that dominos pizzas and bacon

Youre not 22 anymore. You need to start taking this shit seriously or youll regret it.
